【英語日記】Baking Bread 　－イギリス生活について英語で日記を書き始ました。－

最近、英語のインプットのお勉強はハリーポッターの朗読でディクテーションをしたり、洋書を読んだりと、習慣化されてきているのを実感しています。ただ、アウトプットは専ら日常生活での会話だけなので、英語のアウトプットのお勉強として、英語で日記を書いていこうと思います。

ただアウトプットのしっぱなしでは上達の幅が限られるかなと思ったので、書いた英語での日記をネイティブスピーカーに添削して貰うことにしました。

恥ずかしいですが、私の間違えと、どの様に添削されたのかもご紹介したいと思います

【英語日記】Baking Bread

This weekend was quiet one. I had a usual lock down weekend.

I went for a walk but it wasn't a long walk or a walk to somewhere particularly exciting. It was just near my flat. But it was a nice walk because past a few days were very hot and I couldn't stand walking for a long time but this weekend, it was cooler so it was actually nice to walk.

I backed garlic knot breads on Saturday. The recipe I referred to was making 20 garlic knot breads so I decided to make a half size of the recipe. I followed the recipe but the dough was too sticky so I added more flour the it was instructed. I didn't follow the recipe but they turned out tasty breads. the smell of the fleshly baked breads was very great and the taste was good too. I would like to bake a big knots bread like Jewish challah bread next time.
